McDonald’s has given toys and books with the Happy Meal for years. But every time books are given, the sales plunged. How could we make the Roald Dahl book collection more desirable, encouraging literacy and family moments?
The Happy Reader is an app that listens to the stories as they are read. Through voice recognition, the app adds sounds and visuals to the narrative. The app never requires the reader to take their eyes off the book. it simply adds to the reading experience rather than disrupting it.
